Welcome to Vessel Kart. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vessel Kart website and marketplace services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.
  • Seller Verification: Sellers are required to provide valid business documentation (e.g., GST registration, permits) for verification. Vessel Kart reserves the right to suspend or terminate unverified accounts.

2. Marketplace Usage

For Sellers:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings.
  • You must have the legal right to sell any items you list.
  • Listings must not contain misleading information or counterfeit goods.

For Buyers:

  • You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy or contact.
  • Vessel Kart does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service for any of the following purposes:

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vessel Kart makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vessel Kart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
